To start the booking process for your event, reach out to us by filling out our online booking form at the bottom of this page and provide necessary event details such as the date, location and service requests.

Once the inquiry is received, we will promptly schedule a free consultation. Depending on the customer's preference and convenience, the consultation can be over the phone or in-person. During the consultation, we listen attentively to the customer's needs, discuss their vision, and gather all the necessary information to create a tailored experience.

Leading up to the event, we stay in touch to address any questions, concerns, or last-minute changes that may arise. We collaborate closely to ensure all logistical details, such as venue specifications, setup requirements, and event timelines, are well-coordinated.

On the day of the event, our dedicated team arrives punctually at the designated time. We bring and set up all the necessary equipment to deliver a first-rate and memorable experience. After the event, we reach out to our customers to ensure their satisfaction and collect any feedback they may have.
