To start the booking process for your event, reach out to us by filling out our online booking form at the bottom of this page and provide necessary event details such as the date, location and service requests.

Free Consultation
Once the inquiry is received, we will promptly schedule a free consultation. Depending on the customer's preference and convenience, the consultation can be over the phone or in-person. During the consultation, we listen attentively to the customer's needs, discuss their vision, and gather all the necessary information to create a tailored experience.

Customized Proposal
Based on the consultation, we prepare a customized proposal outlining the services, pricing, and any additional details discussed. We strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing, ensuring our customers have a clear understanding of the costs involved.

Agreement & Deposit
If the customer is satisfied with the proposal, we proceed to finalize the agreement. To secure the booking, we require a deposit, which may vary depending on the nature and scale of the event.
